I believe that what you have done here is so beautiful. The sunset and shooting stars make the background wonderful and still you add more beautiful to the background with the purple clouds!
The waves are quite well done, the details to them are amazing. The purple and blue mixed with the red, orange and yellow makes it almost realistic. The character is very cute though I think even for sunset, it's face is a little dark, but that's just me.

The face is dark because it's in shadow (she's also a really dark colored character).

I lightened up the cheek a bit on purpose so you could at least see her eye, but for the most part I wanted to keep 'real lighting'.
